I've organised a charity run in Wrexham on the 25th May for Macmillan nurses. Now, what has this got to do with paintball, I hear you cry. The run is gonna be through the site at Marchwiel whilst lowly punters and players pay good money towards a reputable charity to shoot me. And Cook$. And depending how many people we get possible someone else. Now the tariff is as follows: £5 gets you a site marker, mask and 50 paintballs. I know, I know, you've all got your own masks and marker's. Tough. You can play in your own masks but not use your own marker. Only fair to the runners who aren't armed. For every fiver after that you get 100 paintball's to shoot at innocent people. Well me, we can't really call Cook$ innocent, can we. I know your paying nearly punter price's for paint, but by christ it's a good charity. These nurses deal with terminally ill people all day. We'll be having a drink in the bar afterwards and relaxing, and as it's bank holiday probably enjoying ourselves as well.
Some of the Macmillan nurses are going to be there, so people can talk to them and find out what they do and also BBCWales and maybe BBC1 are going to film the event. As a 'baller, I know we've had nowt but bad press lately, so it will be nice to put our sport forward.
