Changing Nipple fill

My friends tank wont fill up and so need to change the fill nipple, any advice on changing?

Make sure all the air is dumped out first, & when replacing it with the new one put some PTFE tape around the thread..

as cliff said, and/or try some loc-tite or if you're unsure try a paintball shop, im sure they'll change it for your friend

but first dip the reg in boiling water to loosen up the thread lock on it.

What if it's not Loctite'd

Mine never has been, I take my fill nipple out once a month and re-install it just using PTFE
