changed thread title

not sure if this is in the right place but how do you change the thread title when you have sold something to say please delete or sold???

yeah i do that and it changes but when i look on the thread list it still says exactly the same thing as before

are you submitting the changes when youve altered your post?

yes i am saving them and then it takes me to my post

Your powers have yet to develop, young padawan. You could, alternatively, edit out your initial posts and state the item is sold or you could pm a mod and request removal of the thread or you could just leave it to potentially annoy browsers and risk damaging your karma so that you reincarnate next time as some squishy invertebrate but, hey, whatever.

if it's in classifieds then the best thing is to report your own post using the handy link.

Just put that it's sold and I'll whizz on over and delete it from the face the of earth just as soon as I can.

PM'ing invariably leads to "can you delete my post" without links etc.

So report posts - much easier for everyone (well me, and that's what I care about)
