Hello to everyone,

I would like to introduce the Centurio 2006 tournaments schedule:

- April 08-09 - Prague, Czech Republic
- May 27-28 - Lviv, Ukraine
- July 1-2 - Warsaw, Poland
- August 5-6 - Moscow, Russia
- September, 16-17 - Bratislava, Slovakia
- October 14-15 - Thessaloniki, Greece

Due to technical reasons, it came impossible to host proposed Vilnius (Lithuania) tournament in February. Now Centurio Board is checking possibilities to promote the seventh event in March 18-19 in one of Eastern European capitals. The final decision about this event will be announced not later than December 23rd.

This information you will find also on the Centruio web-site: www.centurio-eepl.com

I will provide you with all the information about the Centurio events 2006.

Regards,
Viki

Riga event registration

I have a great news for you. The registration for Riga event starts today!!!

You can register your team on the Riga event part of Centurio web-site: http://www.centurio-eepl.com/lv.html

I want to remember what do you need to register your team:
1. Fill in the Registration form.
2. Pay the registration fee (at "PTP" Paintball Club in Riga or at any of Centurio organizers).

As I wrote earlier, the entry fees are:
500 EUR - 1-st Division;
350 EUR - 2-nd Division;
250 EUR - 3-rd Division.
Attention: as from the 3rd of February the 50 EUR late registration fee will be applied for all Divisions!!

Here is some information about Riga event.
Latvia is situated on the eastern shore of the Baltic sea, sharing borders with Lithuania to the south, Estonia to the north, Russia to the east and Belarus to the southeast.
Latvian is the official language of the Republic of Latvia. Russian is often spoken as well. Both English and German are spoken to some degree, with English becoming increasingly common.

The information about getting to Riga you can find in the “General information, maps, hotels, visas” part.
Here we have information about the most popular airline companies that are represented in Riga and the car rental offices in the airports.

Riga CENTURIO event will be held at "SKONTO" sport complex. The information how to find the complex also is there with the complex`s plan.

Hotels information we will have later, so check the updates.

Latvia is a European Union country so many of you don't need any visa. However, you can find visa information and what the organizers need from you to make the Invitation. This information is useful for Ukrainian, Belorussian and Russian citizens. You can find there even the local Latvian embassies addresses. A lot of thanks to the organizers for this information.

Regards,

P.S.
Let me wish HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you! I wish you good luck, a lot of nice tournaments, a lot of pleasant games and no disappointments in the New 2006 year!

Looks like i'd better get packing my bags for some more European adventures!

The Centurio events are great fun, loads of teams of all levels to play against and would be a great experience for many of the younger English teams to play in.
