Celtic Banshees @ Girls Cup in Moscow

Hi All,

As some of us have seen the Celtic Banshees have travelled over to Moscow, yes MOSCOW in Russia to play the Arena Moscow Girls Cup event.

Players including Lemon, Shelley, Suzie and Emma have been joined by two guest players from Australia have been playing this morning at the Arena Moscow indoor venue. The place looks really sweet.

Games have been tough however with the Banshees dropping their two opening matches to MaRussia 2-0 and Asia All Stars 2-1, however the girls came back with a 2-0 win over YaD Girls in their final prelim match to finish second in their group.

I`ve been Glued to the screen watching them,... Wow !! everybody should be impressed with their playing . Come on Everybody !!!! get behind these Girls , They are doing GB Proud !!!

Only just been made aware of this thread so thank you all for your support - we certainly felt it when we logged in to facebook while we were out there, against what was some strong competition!

Looking forward to them putting the livestream games up soon for us to view back - will be an interesting watch!
