So...

Yeas you will Nick, at least in this country... probably not for Millenium events abroad though

The EU has not banned use of HSE bottles in the rest of Europe, although they do has the power to set a date when they will not be accepted. As far as I'm aware HSE is still legal to use in Europe as long as it is in test for at least the next 5 years, then things may change.
