k, i recently traded a my stock ego barrel for a stiffi. Ive heard there are some special care things with it...but i havent heard what these are. ive heard rumour of not being able to use fluffies on them? true flase...or indiffrent.

and anything else?

true use a straight shot clean out with hot water, and all will be good

I had a stiffi for about 8 months once i used a fluffy the whole time.

I even bought a stiffi from max from joy division who told me all he uses is fluffies.

I've never had a problem using them, but its your call.
