Bought it a few months ago...hydro'd in March. Problem is that I fill it to 4500 psi, then it leaks until it gets to around 2500-3000 psi...anyone know anything?

Slow leak or quickly vents until it settles at 3k?
Generally if slow then it could be a slight leak in a number of areas such as fill nipple, LP and HP burst discs or gauge.
Could also be an internal o ring failing causing a slow leak.
Why not fill and stick the reg in a bowl of water and watch where the bubbles come from

Take off the fill nipple, wrap some fresh PTFE tape around the threads and screw back on nice and snug
