carbon fibre anno job

just asking for a friend if anyone knows where to get a carbon fibre job like this without the sand and how much itd cost?

Its not an anno, usually vinyl wrapping, like used on cars.
Sonetimes hdryographics as well

I`ve just bought a small sheet from an Auto shop for myself , if that helps. it has a sticky back, cut to shape, place, then put a hair dryer over it to smooth out any wrinkles. hope this helps mate.
