Wendy is away playing a tournament this weekend I rang her earlier but if that is true its got to be the most ridiculous thing I have heard in ages.
You play the position you play no matter what, Just a thought what would be the reason for that and another thing why would it make a difference to the game.

Think it is only applicable for KOTH. ie the one experienced player your allowed has to play the a back position, at least for the start of a game...

How would you police that, a captain or non captain being an experianced player or some skills playing. Either way it would come down to just playing the game fairly would'nt it, most players are known by the refs so would be hard to place a ringer without being known at some point.

you say that but the cap ist necceserally the most experianced player on the team in everycase
True, but what I'm saying is if say you got... Al from Shockwave to play KOTH he would have to play at the back, not his normal front position. Its to try and stop an experienced front player eliminating a whole of a KOTH team in seconds where there trying to learn/get into playing.

Don't think it applys to captains, just experiece/normal playing levels.

Ok look at it this way mate, I will enter in the Koth as a captain of a team and play from the back at what point do i storm up the middle and take the field out.

I think this is best left to Wendy might even ring her later. but good luck in working it out guys.

Ok here it is I just phoned her.

"The experianced player has to stay at the back to enable him or her to coach", (Being politically correct with the him or her business).

"Only one player is to be experianced on the team, Captain or not".

The reasons are clear that a experianced player working from the front of a game would make it unfair on teams learning the ropes as they say, because his or her skills could easily clear a field given the right position.

Does this make sense now?

Glad to help hopefully I have!
