can't create thread in 'for sale'

Hi i'm not on the forum allot but have posted a few times and created threads in the tech section also I've bought a marker from a member on here. But I can't create a thread in the for sale section. Is there a minimum post count or something before I can?

hi mate. yeah 20 posts before you can post for sale. make sure they're appropriate and not spam though!
