Can't change title

I have added items to my for sale thread and wanted to change the main title that you first see in the for sale section.
I have done this before by pushing edit post twice and adjusting the title as needed, when i just tried, it changes everything i edit but as soon as i save changes the only thing that does not change is the title

Any help would be appreciated
