There are countless regs on the marker, some are well priced others can be very expensive. You'd want to purchase one that could screw into your vertical ASA, so you need one with ASA threads. There are loads of sites you can buy regulators from, and seeing that you live in America, all you have to do is type in "Paintball" into a search engine and you'll get 100's of shops you can compare the prices of.
Go to paintballwatch.com. They have price comparisons with links to the stores as well as reviews on the products you're looking to buy. I run a preset 68 ci 3000 psi into my spyder without a reg and it seems to work fine.
Thats because the air flow is very stable. If your using Co2, it can increase in pressure remember, thats why you have a reg. to stabilise the input pressure.
