can you customise paintball mask?

probablly a silly question but i have some old black dye i4's what are just sitting around so thought hey lets try and customise these things but i have no clue what to use and if its even possible HELPP MEEEE

Plasti-dip works well.

Plus you can peel it off if it goes wrong
