Fist of all it has gone from being run on air to Co2, would this be the cause for the leak from the front end cap? I have not changed the dwell settings yet as I dont know how, so if any one out there knows why there is a leak and how to change the dwell settings?

You mean a leak from the cap under the barrel? Is the seal on the end cap intact??? Going from CO2 to air shouldn't cause any problems as long as the seals have a little time to settle after using each gas (so they don't blow). What pressure are you running at and what mods do you have on the Impy?

Kieran, he says that it went from Air 2 CO2 not the other way round which confused me and so maybe its a type-o.

Have you cleaned it recently? Replaced O-rings etc?

When you say the front cap like Kireran said which bit? UNder the barrel? or the regulator?

Good point Tom Tom... either way CO2 to Air, Air to CO2.. same priciple applies. If it is the front cap u r referring to then the only possible leak it if its damaged of the seal above the thread is broken/damaged.

As for dwell tuning... as long as there's no mods or aftermarket bits... set pressure at around 160-180psi and tweak the dwell around until you get the desired velocity.

sounds like a blown o ring in max flow to me.

I meant the cap under the barrel, the gun has gone from air to co2 because the last owner ran the gun on air but sold it with only the front mounted maxflow. As far as I am aware there is only a new bolt and possibly a new hammer.
