can someone help if they have a vanguard

sounds stupid but i have just bought a creed and not sure how to open the usb battery cover just wondering if any one could help

Pull the flap open (one that says USB) I can do a video if NEEDS be but it's not hard buddy. Also it's mini usb (I think)

It just up pops it may have being pressed in so get a small screw driver and wiggle it out
