It would be fun and you've got a decent population base on which to draw with Cambridge, Ipwich and possible Norwich with an hourish of it. The key would be getting that known in the area. The other site around there is in Royston and so it's far enough I'd have thought not to have too much of a population overlap, especially if you were doing things a little differently. If you need a photographer in the area to add something to it, let me know as it's where I'm based.
