I was wondering if I was able to upgrade anything on a bone daddy bl from game face, I would really want to know if I can get something like a trigger job or an electric trigger frame?

i wouldnt bother m8 although it will make for a gd starter gun it wont really be worth upgrading, u would be better saving ur money towards maybe gettin something like a SH impy vision off the classifieds 
on the topic of trigger job, just remove the trigger frame from the body of the gun (takin care to to lose anything) there should be some allen key holes/screws that adjust travel etc for ur trigger just play with them till ur happy with it. it is possible that it wont have the option to alter the trigger not sure as ant ever seen a bone daddy anyway eather way good luck

You could get a new barrel, they are Spyder threads.
Trigger jobs are easy enough, you just have to remove the trigger from the frame and find something that will go inside the trigger return spring to reduce the amount that the trigger can be pulled back. I use to set them so as it would only just fire.

Drill a hole in the sear, tap a hole and put a screw in it, as Adam has surgested above.

Its hard to adjust the trigger on a spyder clone. You can make it shorter and lighter but you have to know what you are doing or you will run into reliability problems.
You can buy a replacement trigger which may be shorter and you can sometimes buy a lighter return spring.
The problem is the sear needs to catch the bolt so if you mess with your trigger too much it will either stop firing or go full auto
