Can Ego's run on LP?

To run an Ego would you have to use a High Pressure preset or, would a Cross Fire Low Pressure preset work fine?

both will work fine but a HP is recommended - ive run both with no probs at all

the crossfire LP is the only one that is recomended - otherwise its suggested yuo should run HP
