how do you put banners at the bottom of your post and all so the picture under your name??

make a user, log in, browse for yuor pic, upload your pic,

Try this,
click the button at the top called "user settings" then click "edit profile" in there you can edit your signature (bottom of posts) like chizzers said you will need to upload a picture from your photos if you want to put one on you signature. www.photobucket.com sign up its free and easy. when you have uploaded a pic to photobucket, it will give you a "img" "tag" and "url" (you will see it on photobucket) copy the "url" link and paste it in the box where you edit your signature.
To change your avater (pic under name) click "user settings" then click "edit options" at the bottom you will see "change avater" click and add pic from your photo's.(no need to use photobucket here)

Use the "tag", not the "url" text from photobucket.

you can do this with any picture by right clicking, selecting properties, going to url, and putting that url between the
tho direct linkage to other people's pics is not good, uses up their bandwidth or something, so is better to download it, then host it up again on photobucket or putfile

All i do is right click on the "url" copy and then paste it on a topic or whatever.
works for me, but like some people are saying there are more then one way to do it...
