i know that you can buy an x-mag bidy from AGD europe (about £120) and an x-valve kit (will not work on normal RT's needs to be an RT pro) but i don't know where you could buy the grip frame and the boards for them. give AGD europe a call, tell them yours got run over or something!

The easy answer is no, you can't do a parts-swap upgrade.

As Toole said, you'd end up buying enough components to build a new marker - I can't think of any components from an original RT that could be re-used - the body, valve, rail, frame....even the field strip screw are all RT only parts.

I looked into an Emag upgrade. Apparently there were kits to do it, but at the end of the day the only part you'd be re-using would be the mainbody.

You can upgrade any 'Mag to an electro using a Hyperframe which replaces the trigger frame with a microswitch double trigger. The marker is fired by solenoid like an Emag, and has several fire modes. I have one for sale if you're interested. It absolutely rips but I have an X-Mag now so it seems a waste to keep it in the kit bag.
