Campaign 2004
I am pleased to announce that we will be holding trials for the new Campaign 2004 Millennium Squad, and the Campaign Feeder team.
A bit of history for you, At the end of 2003 Campaign Power (Am A) parted company. The core of Campaign Power Red (Am B) will be forming a new team to play under the title 'Campaign' in the Millennium Series 2004. The focus of this team is to build a group of players who want to play new school paintball, Nexus / Shockwave style. Our goal it to emulate a professional style of play and apply it in Division 2 in the Millennium Series.
To aid us we have retained Campaign Power's sponsorship to apply to the new team. We are pleased to announce that we are being kitted out by Draxxus with their 2004 equipment line, and will be shooting their best paint. Of course this comes courtesy of team owner Niall Squire who has allowed us to set up first class training facilities at Campaign Paintball Park. In addition we have several resident pros who use our facilities and share their knowledge and training regime with Campaign. Regulars include the talented Abbot brothers and Sloth from Nexus, Dan Maskell, Kyle Milton and Sam Telfer of Shockwave Pro, and from time to time we have players from Method, Division 1 Superstars the PGI sharks and former Nexus tactical genius, Mark Toye. We believe to be the best you have to learn from the best.
I'd like to say a huge thanks to all the Pros who come down to campaign, teach us their skills, drills, and silky smooth moves.
We generally run a training session every other Sunday morning, and we play monthly scrimmage days (7 man and X-ball) against teams like Method, the PGI sharks, and which ever resident Pros from Nexus and Shockwave that happen to be kicking about. Where else are you going to get exposure to this kind of talent!
So; we're looking for more players. Campaign will be holding trials at Campaign Paintball Park during February. We will be looking for players for both the Campaign Millennium Squad, and for our feeder team. We're interested in talking to anyone who really wants to learn to play better paintball. We strongly believe that the key to success is to identify talent and develop it to play 'progressive' paintball. If you want to discuss the possibility of playing for Campaign email me at colinj_graham@yahoo.co.uk or PM me. Inquiries will be held in strict confidence.
