hi if ne of the tigers can help it will be great! i have an led matrix and u guys put an eye on it. (when it was in the hands of phil starr) well now when i have the eye on and there is a ball breaking the beam and the rate of fire seems to be limited. it was working fine the tournament befor. if i send it to you do u think i will get it back befor heavens gate or are any of you going to heavens gate? where are you and maybe i can drop it off to 1 of u. please help i love my matrix its the best gun eva!!!!!

When you first turn the marker on what colour is the LED with no paint in and is it solid or flashing? What colour is it after you have pulled the trigger a few times?

yea i have cleaned the eyes coz i thought it might be that.when i turn it on it goes a solid orange 4 a second then it goes a solid red. any idea's?

Orange then solid red in normal if there's no ball in the breech, it should turn green when the eye detects a ball (or anything else!)
Have you tried changing the battery?
Is the bolt in correctly and when did you last clean and lube the bolt and LPR?
If we can't sort it here we will be at Heavens gate, I can even sort you out a loner (one of my babies) for the tourny if we can't sort it there and then

the most common problem is old/dirty anti-double feeds preventing the ball feeding properly. Change the battery, clean the detents make sure when you first turn it on the LED is solid red then break the beam with your finger if the LED goes solid green all is well and the problem is mechanical not electronic.

I had the same prob a few weeks ago when I got a trix off the Tigers... Twas me own fault though I had tightened up the ADB's too much. DOH! Wroks great now! Try loosening them up a touch while your hoppers on it and see if that helps mate.
