The other option is to buy one and have it re-annoed into platinum but that would cost even more !

silver dust might be pretty close

for the price of a ccu kit you can get your current parts reannod at sloth

think its £27 ish for 5 parts (lpr, feed, 2 eye covers and trigger?)
