www.ukpaintballscene.co.uk can offer you a place to manage your events and have them available for all to see on the web free of charge, we also can offer a free online booking system.

Events such as the PA, Series 2K6, Northern Quarter, Euro 5 Man etc are already involved.

Get in touch if you are interested and email me on chris@ukpaintballscene.co.uk or PM me here.

Thanks!

Still not seeing the point of this.......Why would I need a team roster? I know who they all are. Why would I book into a tournament from your site, when I can use the organisers site?

Not criticising, just don't understand the point.

It is supposed to be a proper central event listing for organisers to manage their own events themselves and offers them the capabilities of online bookings without the fuss if they don't already have it.
Some organisers do, some don't, it's just a free service.

The roster part of the site isn't finished yet, but it is there for teams who don't have a website to get free webspace to tell everyone about their team.

Does that now make sense old wise one?

Not really, no.

1) Define 'manage their own events' Is this not just a little insulting to event organizers, or is it just me that reads it that way?

2)Name a tourney series that doesn't have online booking.

How is it helping to unify anything?

does it really matter when its free aswell?

Not really, just getting sick of seeing it TBH. Every time someone announces a tourney/walk-on/training day/tech class, Renton pops up, advertising his website.

by putting everything under one calanader organisers can see when it is best to plan their next event so as not to have as many clashing

as for him advertising his website thats the idea behind a succesful idea...you advertise it....

I like the idea... it allows, or will allow when it is finished, teams to see the overall tourney picture which can only aid planning. Also nice for new teams to see what is in their area and what they can afford.

The roster aspect is probably not all that usefull though.
