When i'm buying a marker should i take the shot count into account or doesn't it really matter. Also would 45000 be considered alot for a shot count?

(y) Its a fair bit, but i wouldn't give it too much thought as long as the markers in good nic and it shoots fine, been well looked after etc. it shouldn't bother you really. (Just my opinion.)

45000 is 22 boxes of paint which is really 3/4 tournements... Really depends on what marker it is and how well its been maintain. I trust that a EGO, GEO some Dye's and a Mac Dev will be fine! I bought two Mac dev markers from this formum and i believe they have been played in at leaset 1 or 2 tournement and for me there has not been 1 thing wrong with them however that was at a higher price of £350++ each. What you pay for is what you get.

On a Ego or Geo 45,000 would be nothing. don't know about the other as haven't used them.

I would look at how the gun has been treated, barrel rub and the odd mark is to be expected, the padded case, box it original came in, tools etc suggests it has been stored correctly and probably looked after ....

lots of marks or damage, no box, no tools, different coloured parts, not with keeping with how it was from new could suggest it has been a team gun and not loved :(
