Hey is it easy to replace a burst disk on a 3000psi pure energy tank or is it best to send it to a tech?

I think it's as simple as unscrewing it, but you might want to look into why it blew in the first place.
If it's the burst disc on the bottle side that went, did you try to fill it to too high a pressure? If it's the one on the output side, the reg itself may be faulty, so you should get it checked out or serviced before replacing the burst disc/filling the bottle.
