can some one enlighten me about the history and what the hell they are and everything i havent got a clue, but i do know i need these 2 a 1800 and 7500

Yes there is mate. Have 1800 and 7500psi burst disks for sale at the moment (for PMI air systems) £3 each

Yesh there threaded. Just get a spanner and unscrew one, and replace with another (obviously when you air system is COMPLETELY empty!!)
And...in answer to your question.
They originated on Co2 tanks...which were literally, a copper disc, under a vented brass cap...if the bottle over pressures, teh disc ruptures and vents througha whole in teh brass cap.
On air, they are a complete unit, and teh actual disc, isnt copper...not sure what it is tho.
1800 psi is teh Burst pressure for the 850 psi output side of teh reg...7500 is the burst pressure of teh 4500-5000 side of the reg.
