I've managed to burr one of the grub screws on my OOPS, i was thinking, if i applied some 638 loctite onto the end of an old allen key, and then put it into the burred grub screw and let it dry, would that work? obviously i'd need to buy some more grub screws from planet....

Thanks, Chris

surely the loctite would work? it fixed my pump arm to my backblock on my cocker, even though it was looser than an Amsterdam hooker

That should work. If it doesn't, you could try using a torx bit that's slightly larger than the burred hole, a flat head screwdriver, or one of those fancy screw extractors.

i managed to get it out, without destroying the threads. i hammered a small phillips head screwdriver into the burred grub screw, which opened it up enough to be able to hammer in a larger allen key, and that got it out. i just need a new grub screw now. thanks for all the help guys :D
