i take it you mean a sup air bunker

just an idea form the top of my head,
get THICK polythene sheets (or something similar) and glue them together to form what ever shape you want.
probably a dorito or a cube shape would be the easiest??? but then you gotta find a way to fill it up.

A team mate once printed some instructions he found on the internet for this, don't ask where, I have no idea.

As Sup'Air bunkers are made from the same type of materials as inflatable boats (RIBs) and the side curtains on lorries it might be worth looking at those for some ideas.
