BT Pro Pants sizing help please

looking at getting a pair but curious on sizing. torn between large and x-large. im about 6ft with a 34" waist. any and all help is much appreciated

I'm a 37" waist and have a pair of BT Combats, also had a pair of Pros. They are the same size.

Mine are Large. XL would be too big for you.
