Broken matrix chip

Is there anything i can do if one of the legs has broken off my advantage chip?

Are the advantage chips DIL18's?

I have no idea....I know it makes a dm4 go mental tho...

DIL is Dual in Line, meaning there are 2 rows, an the 18 refurs to the number of legs.

Yeah, I think it's a DIL18 then. Not quite sure what spiders where you come from look like though...

Lol, take it to maplin or computer world or something ur best bet is to ask them, cos as its a standard size chip they may be able to transfur the info onto a different chip.
