Broken Ion Microswitch

Ok, I am fixing a mates board and the micro switch leaver (little bit of metal) has come out.

I put it back in but a little bit of plastic holding it in has snapped and I have lost it. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix it?

Think it be easier to buy new switch and solder it on.The switch should be around £1/£2.
If you need someone to solder it on then i can do that for you.

nah I am fine at soldering that's why I am fixing it (power switch has come off)

Know a good place to get a switch?

Think any Maplins etc will have one

Rapid is good. Something silly like 9p a switch.

Any chance of a link on here guys? I'm having the same trouble with a teammates ion. The stupid switch fell apart.

Start from about 25p a piece. A big selection switch sizes, left and right angles and lever lengths.

How many legs does the one on the ion have, what dimensions is it (to the mm), and are the legs going straight down from the switch, or do they come off it at a right angle?
