Well that guy certainly did`nt hold back.......very reminisant of Robbos old millenium reviews :D
Being out of the "loop" as it were, Im assuming PSP events are pulling the teams in to play Open X and not the old 10 man, where as the majority of non franchised teams are using NPPL super 7`s for their tournament of choice???
I am also assuming that some of the money made from the 10 man was planned to somewhat subsidise the NXL as both events run alongside each other :confused:

That was the best 'The Genius' could do? Somebody needs to give him a new name. How 'bout 'The Obvious'? That would be closer to the truth. He's just catching on to 10-man twisting around the drain of history? Where's he been--in exile?--that's last year's rant. And if he loves 10-man so much what's with tearing up all the teams still playin' it? Maybe if he dropped that 100 extra pounds of ugly--and I'm not talking about the old lady--he could play Xball instead.
Yo, Genius, I don't remember you laying the smack down on the venues for the IAO all those years. How close were the nearest decent accomodations? How 'bout some hate for that old fave of yesterday, Chitown at the Badlandz, or the legendary Pittsburgh NPPLs?
Refs sucked?! Well, duh! They always do.
And hey, if somebody with a wheelbarrow full of cash is stu--I mean, wise enough to want to invest in either the PSP or the NXL how is that a bad thing?

Now that's some quality hate. And if the 'The Genius' is who it sounds like he's hardly an impartial voice. Though the fact he's as concerned with his french fries as anything else ain't no big surprise. :)

It's no longer agg to respond to ITN. Cruel, I know, but what can you do? Agg-ness has a life of its own. If your "pfft" was directed otherwise it's a tad unclear.

On a serious note this is exactly what's wrong with the PSP at the mo--they are losing the--you say promotion, I say propaganda--war. Even a bit of good old-fashioned smacktalk can't generate more than a blip of interest.
Perhaps the PSP isn't concerned as long as teams keep showing up but at some point if you're automatically viewed, even by your constituency, as second best it's gonna take a toll. I'm not saying PSP is literally second best but it seems that in matters of perception, interest, etc. they aren't on top.

1. I'm way too old to be "Agg". As a matter of fact, a friend on the AOG chat referred to me as "Old School", but it was okay because I rocked it well.

2. The "Pfft" was directed towards "The Genius" on Phil's site. Granted, he does have a gift for prose, but he's hating while hiding behind a pen name...when I hate, it's my name on the byline...and until "The Genius" gets threatned with a lawsuit and then deflects the lawsuit with facts and counters with an invitation to file the lawsuit anyways and face the consequences of the resulting countersuit, "The Genius" can sit down and keep quiet.

3. Now then...having said that, I respect what Phil is doing with his site...his goals and mine are actually pretty close...just our methods differ. So no hating on Phil...hate on "The Genius".
