Lookin at the sale of a ION, £90, i was thinking what each part is actually worth.
Parts
Frame £20
body £5
grips £2
barrel £2
asa £2
reg £5
bolt £5
bolt stop £1
breech £15
fire chamber £10
donut £5
eyes £3
eye wire £1
board £20
banjos £5
trigger £5
screws £2
Now you dont have to be a genious to work out that is over £100, my prices are usually wat the parts go for second hand. But its selling the parts that is the problem.
Now, i need the banjos, screws, donut, breech, barrel, body asa and reg.
What i want to do is to get a few people together to buy an ION and then split the parts, that way everyone gets what they want.
The way this will work is that people will pick the items they want, once an ION is available, i think there are 3 currently, i will buy and then send off the parts, obviosly if the ION cost £90 and the parts come to over £100 then its not fair, so the parts will be marked down accordingly. If the ION came with a Freak barrel, that would be extra as im after a stock one, though the freak would be good to sell to furthur decrease the cost of the gun. If all the parts add up to the asking price of the ION but there are parts spare, then i guess people can just ask me to send them wat they want. I dont want loads of spare parts as the whole goal is to get rid of mine.
If you are interested, and i mean like willing to pay tomorow if nessecery then post up what you want, there are paypal fees and shipping to consider, but apart from the frame and fire chamber, everything should be under £3 for del.
