Vat is 17.5%, not import.
Import is ?% on top of the vat and all depends on what you are importing, different goods have different %.

Somebody excitedly posted this at pbnation as well. Thing is, Action Village have been sold out of G7 Flys for a couple weeks almost, they've just still got them lurking around on their site so they can put a ridiculously low sale price on it with the full knowledge that they'll never have to sell any for that price. Marketing gimmick.
