Bounce vest rules

Hi guys . Are there any rules governing the use of these? Can they be worn as one of your two layers?

Can they be worn at local domestic tourneys and events like the millennium series?

A bounce vest counts as one layer. They can be used at any tournament.

The Millenium and therefore most domestic tournament series that use the Millenium rulebook scrapped the two layer ruls two seasons ago.

Just shows how long I have been out of the game. It did use to be a maximum of two layers and nothing that would constitute as 'padding' if I remember.

Does that mean that Paintball no longer stings?
