All preset (i.e 3000psi/850 fixed output nitroducks/melees) regs will screw straight into your maxflo reg etc. Air systems like Armageddons, and A.I.R are designed to be plumbed straight into you reg/marker.

I have seen peeps with carbon wrapped bottles with anti-syphons onto smartparts valves, so I can only assume yes.
