Bottle testing

Quick question.

Do I need to get my bottle tested. Its a SCI fibre wrapped bottle.
Last tested 8/2000.

Unless its changed since Sunday - No.

SCI have an original test date of 5 years.

I was told by H-PAC at the indoor that yes they do need testing after 3 years for the first test and then it extends to 5 years after that, (SCI HSE FW2 bottle born on 10/99)
