HPAC are the preferred testers in paintball.

But any IDEST approved centre can be used

If you can't find one locally or meet HPAC at a site then scuba shops can ARRANGE testing
(Unless they are an IDEST centre they can't do the test, but do take scuba and sometime paintball cylinders to the test centres)
