Bottle test dates

I know this is probably in here somewhere, I've had a little search couldn't find anything. Is there a difference in how long the test will last depending p. manufacturers?

Just received my bottle back from testing and they've only given it 3 years "as per manufacturers recommendation". I always thought it was 5 years :/

If anyone could shed some light on this I'd be grateful.

if it was made in 2003 that may be the reason as that's when things changed from 3 to 5 years, it may also be down to the test centre. My bottle only got 3 years on it's first test, though it got 5 on it's 2nd test and the tests were done by different test centres.

It's start date was 2008 :/
