Bottle Re-testing

Anybody in the South West know any places to get a bottle re-tested? Preferably in and around Exeter?

As of today, Monday 15th July 2013, the Post offices around the country are now telling you it`s against the Law to take in parcels containing Air Bottles,
This was told today at the Main Post Office in Chippenham, Wiltshire. Whilst trying to send 2 x bottles to LIPS to re-test.
Rather strange as I received a Brand new bottle in the post on Saturday 13th July 2013.
I think it`s a case of NOT telling what`s inside the Packaging and Not to worry about the insurance.

Just tell them it's a none pressurised cylinder and regulator parts. Still insured.

Looks like parcel force and other delivery services will be used in this way to deliver bottles now

This is where we get all our bottles tested and just up the road from Exeter.
Last one we had tested was about £27ish from what I remember.
