Bottle Markings

Fellas,

I have just had a new reg and air bottle fitted to my marker. Its taken ages for my local shop to get it sorted, with all the new CE standard nonsense going on. The shop managed to get hold of a bottle for me, and I picked the whole lot up yesterday.

Now my problem is I can't see CE, HSE or DOT printed anywhere on the bottle, but there are a shed load of other numbers and test dates. The one thing that does worry me is it has USA printed on it, so I am now left hoping its not a DOT bottle (being in the UK).

Now before I go back to the shop does anyone know if there are any other markings I should be looking at. The local shop is usualy pretty great so I don't think they would supply me a DOT bottle, but what do you guys/gals think.

the thing that indicates that its a Ce bottle is the little pi mark!

Well I did try searching under "bottle" "tank" and "markings", but I couldn't find any mention in previous posts, after that I got bored of searching all the non relavent posts and just posted the question myself.

apparently "air" is too small a word to search under

yeah i wasnt complaining, just shows what a silly move changing all the markings without giving anyone any infomation about it is...

you would have thought the retailers might mention it.
