Is there much point in them?

I have a 3000psi 0.8L air bottle, was wondering if there is any need for a cover?

covers give your bottle a bit of protection, and help the bottle grip in your shoulder. Is your bottle ally or fibre wrapped, as the fibre wrapped bottles need to be in good condition when their test comes up.

My bottles ally ;)

So you're thinking get a nice bottle cover?

Worth the £5 or however much it is?

and you dont have to spend all that money just for a 'named' one, just go for a cheap one you can find

not to mention protecting the cylinder by your head that contains 3000psi!

Get one, if only to protect your bottle from day to day dings

I found without the cover that the bottle would slip all over the place. It made keeping a steady aim very hard, especially when moving.

Plus, scratches on a high-pressure air tank... Think of the consequences!
