bottle and regs?:

hey,
i've just bought a bottle with a reg, and the reg is lose from the bottle (will unscrew easily all the way) and was just wondering what the best way was to secure the reg to the bottle?
would i use locktite or a plumbers tape?
ive got no idea, so im not going to make a move till i get some replys

don't loctite it, use a strap wrench to tighten the reg in as much as possible then the air pressure inside the bottle will keep the two together.

loctite will cause your bottle to fail its retest as far as i am led to believe.

what dusty says ..and certainly dont use PTFE tape as it comes off and can get into the airflow round you marker air pressuse is way high enough
