How trust worthy are the guys behind Bob Long Europe?

I paid for some barrel backs on the 23rd of March via paypal, but never got any kind of confirmation, I wasn't overly worried though as it was a custom order. Then on the 14th of May I was told they would arrive in Europe within a week, that was the last email I've had from them, I'm not getting replies to my emails now which is starting to worry me a little...

Just start a claim and then cancel it if they come up with the goods

their website doesnt work, but it seems pretty official and normal on their facebook. Maybe its being rowed over from Bobs?

Oh god I hadn't noticed that, it must have happened in the last couple of days. I really am worried now, I'm thinking of forwarding the email chain over to Zach in the US to see if they know anything about my order

Got a reply from BL eu and Zach, should all be sorted and hopefully I'll get my back in the next few days. They said there was a delay on Zach's side of things and just bad timing of the servers being switched.

used bl europe before without issue. have heard of delays stateside on a lot of bob longs atm though
