Blisters!!!!!

im the worst for blisters

i have tried changing shoes, socks !everything!

im sure you guys have had the same problem

anyone know a solution to at least ease the pain

i know i sound like a whining poof but please help!!!!!!!!!!

stick some elastoplast type tape where you are prone to blistering on your feet, worked for me when i played rugby......

nicked the idea from my sister when she was a ballerina

stick a plaster on the place you usually get blisters - or these special blister gel pad things - i think you can get them at boots - though plasters can make things worse if they dont stick properly - get a good brand.
and then put socks on etc
