Black Center Flag in-line regulator

I've been try to get a Palmer Stabilizer Regulator for my marker, see spec below, but to no avail. The only place I can get it from is in the USA.

Is the Black Center Flag in-line regulator good, I have read reviews on it and seems very good.

What would you go with the Palmer or Black Center...........
