Well i for one bleeding loved it!

Agressive fields, things running on time (mostly) harsh but impartial judging (1 for 1's everywhere!) great staging area, no air queue's, stands to sit in, superb up to date scoring system, P.A system etc.

Overall Brit teams should seriously think about playing this one next year. As our first tourney in Div 2 we had a blast including a highly amusing game against Brass Eagle (nothing like sitting in the dead zone watching Nate and the boys roasting there guns at the last man behind cover thinking i'm really glad thats not me!)

On a personal note i'd like to thank everyone who had a hand in running the tourney for making it as good as it was. I have to say the old predjudice of German efficiency is still in force as this was better organised than any other tourney i've ever been to. Also like to thank Brass Eagle for there very helpful training tips and taking the time to chat to us and offer us some pointers on our game. Big shout to Jeff, Adrian and Pete from Draxxus for the tip on using the Arctic inferno. That stuff broke on everything i shot at. (It also washes out before anyone has a go!)

Overall i look forward to going back next year!

Definitely incredible organisation. The tourney ran like clock work. Never had wait for air, our games were always on time, the most I had to wait to chrono was 10 minutes.... Food was better than any other Millenium event I have been to...... Definitely German efficiency! Very enjoyeable!

True it was superbly organized!

Now the weather on the other side was 'orribile and the 2 layers rule was STRICTLY enforced. We were freeezin all the time!

andreas you tart! ;) with that 2 inch thick beanie you wear you should never get cold! :D

yes i must say that the organisation was second to none! the layout was superb and the fields excelent! the only improvement i feel could be undertaken was the size of the chrono station, it simply was too small for the number of players, but the skip idea for the spent paintballs was a top idea!!!! no mess on Tuesday!!

i dont want to start a new thread, but as another comment, anyone have any problems with same nationality teams marshalling and playing? i feel this has to stop, the bias is sooo obvious!

Well if you are talking about the french marshalling on certain fields I don't think its a question of being biased! I think they just plain sucked!!!!! I am playing for a French team and we got shafted a couple times by the french refs! Some really really bad not to say dumbass calls! TWATS!

Baaah that Angel beanie only looks thick but it isnt unfortunately!

By some freak genetical hiccup I dont have as much "padding" (aka lard) under my skin like you my good friend so something must keep me warm. :p
Im not used to run around in 2 tees when its 4 degrees celsius outside thats like winter for us :)

Nnnway I wont comment on the reffing as you guys saw and told me what was going down on one of our matches. And the answer from the head ref was "Sorry".
