Loads of good markers out there especially on here second hand. May be worth putting a bit of a budget up so people can give you advice that you can afford to follow up on otherwise pretty much every marker out there is going to be suggested as everyone likes different things. An ego or GEO (version will depend on your budget) should be rock steady to get you started. Also mention if you want to play in the woods or tournaments as this will change what people suggest. Welcome back to the sport, I did the same three years ago but had only been away for about 20 years :)

Is that for markers alone or all in?

Don't forget to budget for air tanks, hoppers, masks (I'm still a sucker for JT's) etc.

If this is for markers, then shop about for Invert/Empire Mini's, should get a brace for about that or a little more

3000psi steel cylinders at about £25 / £30 each
For the woods you can use any marker, but don't need the total bling and fire rate of high value speedball ones
Trawl the sale pages for reasonable markers

A gravity hopper, or 'shelf assisted' gravity hopper will do and cost little, but you will very quickly want a better hopper. Electric agitated is better but still feeds by gravity, force fed will always have a paintball ready. All of these don't have to break the bank

Just going to throw these out here but with a budget of 250 for two people
You could probably get 2x GOG Enemeys and steel air tanks.
